In accordance with the provision of Article 9 para. (2) of the CECC Statute and the IIIrd Resolution adopted by the Circle of Presidents at its online meeting on 25 May 2022, the Questionnaire has been distributed to all the CECC member courts. The written national report is to be presented in an official language of the member as well as in French or in English (Art. 12 para. (4) of the CECC Regulations)
